My situation was somewhat difficult since I was trying to buy from across the country and was limited on how much I could do/see in person. Luci completely went above and beyond in representing me, helping me navigate the process as a first time home buyer, and negotiating always on my behalf. She made herself available to me despite the three hour time difference with the majority of our conversations, usually after hours on her end. She guided the whole closing process and made the whole thing happen on time when there were some unexpected delays from one of the other involved parties. She continued to take care of issues and oversaw pending maintenance even after closing since I was still not local. I would absolutely use Luci in the future and recommend her to others.”
